James Russial

James Russial, Director of Contracts Strategic Development

James Russial joined Goldbelt in 2024 as the Director of Contracts Strategic Development. In this role, he collaborates closely with government contract teams to support proposal preparation and negotiations while ensuring compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. James also builds and maintains relationships with small business advocates and contracting professionals, supports due diligence for strategic partnerships, and drafts key contract documents such as NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and subcontracts.

Before joining Goldbelt, James had a distinguished 18-year career with the federal government, where he served both in the military and as a civilian, working with the Department of Defense (Navy), the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of State.

James holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from York College of Pennsylvania, an MBA with a concentration in Finance, and a Master’s in Acquisition Management (MAM) from American Graduate University.
